NationWide Self Storage Boundary
Great, brand new storage facility. Indoor car wash, I rented a large storage room for a decent price. Was given a tour by one of their employees Cristian, he was extremely helpful and showed me all the different storage options available. As an added bonus I even got a bunch of free car washes that I can’t wait to go use! I’m a happy customer. :)

NationWide Self Storage Boundary
The staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Felt very welcomed when I initially went to rent my storage locker. The sign up promo is a great deal!The heights to entry ways are short in this building, including the sliding doors from the parking lot. Also the storage locker door heights are short, but are taller once you get through the roller door and bulk head. Tall items (over 7’) need some manipulation. The elevator door heights are fine.

Had the dirtiest car in Vancouver and it came out looking like it had been professionally detailed. Staff were very friendly and the facility was spotless. Would highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend! I went in to check out storage options and was immediately greeted by Gloria who was attentive and incredibly helpful. She answered all the questions we had and got us set up with storage ready to use in the same visit.I like the convenient location where there is undercover parking with huge parking spots, car wash (varying from $11-$25), and storage lockers that are temperature controlled, feel safe and clean.

I was in on Saturday afternoon to fill out the paperwork for my first storage locker rental. The staff helped me through the process and was an absolute delight to work with. They were incredibly friendly and was patient with me and was able to answer all my questions knowledgeably. Upon viewing my initially reserved locker, the staff noticed some obstructions inside (piping and a column), so quickly recommended an alternative that was the same size. Because of this, I am extremely satisfied with your customer service and would definitely recommend you to all my friends and family.

The storage facility is everything you could ask for, secure, modern and clean. Normal hours to access the unit is from 6am to 10pm, otherwise 24 hours you pay an extra fee.The staff is very friendly and helpful, willing to show everything to make it easy. Check out the storage units in person to find the right fit, some unit have pillars that obstruct the unit making it look smaller.There’s multiple carts to use if you don’t have one handy, check online for deals, rented a 7’x10’ and we got the first month free, half off the second month and a $50 car wash gift card in the same vicinity.

The staff here was very pleasant to deal with. They explained everything down to the T, and always offered help.The one only complaint that I have is the office was way too hot. Being 27 degrees Celsius outside, it made the office space an oven. I hope they get A/C in there soon.Thanks for all your help!

Salmin”s customer service helped me decide to choose Nationwide. He was very patient, enthusiastic about the company and so very helpful. I thought he was the manager because of his professionalism. I love how clean and safe the units are and so very easy to use your app to open the gate. I especially love that you can access your unit till 10 p.m.Thank you Salmin for your help.
